What is your Return Policy
1. Return is accepted within 7 days after the buyer's receiving the item. And item must be still in brand new and unworn condition, no stains to perfume.
2. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a prompt exchange or we will refund your payment.
3. Include your name, address, item, daytime telephone, how you paid, and if you are requesting a refund or exchange.
4. After getting the returned item, we will refund the customer at the item's price ( excluding the shipping costs to and from ).
5. For exchanging items, re-delivery cost will be charged. For returns, A 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
